Métal Expo relies on a network of experts to co-create this new edition and its 2027 program. Thank you to them for partnering with the leading event in France dedicated to the metal industry for construction!
Based on the shared observation of the need to create a new, unifying structure, all the stakeholders in the metal construction, metalwork, locksmithing and metal cladding sectors created La Maison de la Construction Métallique, in order to meet the major challenges and transformations to come. A transformation reinforced with the entry into force of the RE2020 as well as the arrival of restrictions on the environmental footprint of materials and works, which require the metal construction sector to offer solutions.
ConstruirAcier is a non-profit organization (governed by the French law of 1901) whose objective is to promote metal architecture and construction. Representing the entire steel industry, its mission is to raise awareness of the advantages of using steel among architects, design offices, engineers, teachers, students, and in building and public works projects.
The activities of CTICM “Centre Technique Industriel Construction Métallique” is divided between scientific research on metal construction, development of the steel sector and its valorization, transfer of knowledge and technical assistance to companies, training and teaching, standardization, certification, technical study services, industrial support or even application of the ecological transition.
L'enveloppe métallique du bâtiment brings together almost all French manufacturers of metal profiles, sandwich panels, and cold-formed structures. L'Enveloppe Métallique du Bâtiment carries out the traditional missions of a professional organization. It represents and defends the interests of the industry, develops standards, promotes the exchange of expertise between market players in France and Europe, etc.
ESA: This network comprises 18 metal construction companies with a combined turnover of over €200 million and 800 employees. It is the leading national network of independent metal construction companies, building structures for the industrial, logistics, agricultural, craft, and commercial sectors. Its 18 SMEs, located throughout France, offer the strength of a national group combined with the flexibility of SMEs rooted in their local communities.
Le Syndicat de la Construction Métallique de France is mobilizing to promote the metal construction sector to various audiences. It is working to give visibility to metal construction companies so that they become key players in the construction and construction of all types of buildings and civil engineering structures.
